Under the flamin’ hot sun in the Colorado west, three desert dogs put all their bones together and set out to create a space where friends could hangout and eat good stuff. 

In the summer of 2023, they opened their service window to show their love for the Grand Valley through sometimes meaty, sometimes veggie, mostly scratch-made nostalgic eats.
